Throughout my entire life, I have always had a deep rooted passion for food and culinary.  I believe that we can "heal" with our food.  Growing up on a farm, in a small Texas town called Giddings, my Great-Grandmother Josephine "Josie" "Momma Jo" taught me the advantages of growing our own meat and produce.
